And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.
We’re committed to a culture of ongoing discipleship, providing opportunities for genuine learning and spiritual growth for every age and level of spiritual maturity—from young children or non-Christian seekers to experienced believers who are biblically knowledgeable—and everyone in between. Every Christian should be continually growing as a disciple of Jesus Christ.
Many of our best times helping each other grow and mature spiritually happen while we’re just hanging out and sharing our lives together. In addition to this informal, relational discipleship, we have regularly scheduled times of study, learning and discussion:
During our gatherings, we provide Children’s Church for infants through kindergarten-age children. We provide a loving, safe environment for kids to learn about the love and grace of Jesus Christ. (We plan to add a class for older kids soon. Stay tuned!)
We have a women’s Bible study that meets Tuesday mornings, 10:00, in our adult/youth classroom. You can contact our church office for more information.
Our Forum meets every Tuesday night at 7:00 in our worship center. This is our time to seek truth together, and we welcome anyone who is sincere and respectful, regardless of your beliefs or perspective. We’ll explore any question or concept you might be pondering; no serious topic is out of bounds. So, if you’re someone who has doubts about the Christian faith, if you’ve been hurt in church and you’re looking for a safe place to process your feelings and experiences, or if you’re an active Christian looking for an environment where you can be challenged and grow deeper in your faith—this is the place for you! Come join us!
Our youth currently meet once a month for a time of games, music, sharing and discussion about how to live as real followers of Jesus Christ. Come check it out! (Check with the church office for our next youth gathering.)
This is a new monthly seminar for those who desire to study theological and church-related issues more deeply. We meet on the first Sunday of each month, 9 am, in the adult/youth classroom.
We also provide leadership training classes for church leaders and prospective leaders. If you’re interested in becoming more involved in church leadership, please contact Curt Parton.
Welcome to The Orchard
Every few months we offer a three-week Welcome to The Orchard group for those new to the church.
For information on any of our groups or classes, please contact our church office.
